Darren JamesBorn in 1976, Darren James now resides in Deep Cove, British Columbia. He is the Racing Coordinator for Deeley Harley Davidson Canada and the owner of Ruthless Racing Inc. At the age of 3 Darren rode his first motorcycle. The experience evolved him into a four time Canadian Thunder Champion and placed him 2nd overall in the 2004 Am 600 National Series. When he isn't spending precious time with his beautiful twin daughters and his wife Caroline, Darren enjoys the outdoors, snowboarding, dirt biking and taking the 4X4 for a spin. |

Dave EstokBorn in 1972, "Mr. Nice Guy," Dave Estok resides in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Dave started riding motorbikes at the age of 4 in his hometown, Daytona Beach. Estok has a distinguished career to date and was the ASRA Thunderbike Champion in '03, '05, and 07, the 1996 H.D. World Champion, and the 1996 Buell Lightning Champion. Dave Estok lives and breathes bikes, on and off the track, and it shows in his remarkable racing. |

Thomas Morin - Crew ChiefThomas Morin was born in 1968 and resides in his hometown, Toronto, Ontario. He started riding bikes at the age of 10 and became a motorcycle race mechanic for Ruthless Racing Inc in 2003 and has won, with the team, four Canadian Thunder Championships. |

Rod Matechuk - SuspensionRod Matechuk resides in Abbotsford, British Columbia and started riding motorbikes at the age of 14. He won 5th place at the CMA Canadian Intermediate Nationals in Owen Sound, Ontario. Rod loves motorcycles for the adrenaline, speed and challenge. |

Sean BowenSean started riding at the age of 16 on a Kawasaki GPZ305. He actually lived with Darren for a summer while working at Deeley and it got him interested in the race scene. In fact, he was forced to like because it played 24/7 on the television. His proudest moments at the track were watching Darren take down the National Championships, Dave winning his USA Thunder Championships and working with the ADD child and racing superstar Steve Crevier. In his spare time Sean enjoys golfing, boxing and playing the drums. |

Dave OAKLEY - TechnicianDave was born in and lives in Montreal. He started riding bikes at the age of 11. This passion for bikes led him to an apprenticeship as a mechanic for a Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW dealership in 1984. Since that time Dave started racing an RZ350 in 1991 and won the regional lightwieghts in 1998. He became the owner/operator of Drocomp Performance Repair Shop from 95-2004, which led to a management position for a Canadian motorcycle parts distributor. Dave also write columns for Performance Racing News. He enjoys motocross, ice racing, snowmobiling, playing hockey and skiing in the off-season. |

Caroline James - Team ManagerCaroline was born in Takapuna, New Zealand back in '76. She now lives in North Vancouver, BC with Darren James and their twin daughters. Caroline started riding bikes when she was 20 and her first bike was "The Slug," a Yamaha TW 200. Now she isn't allowed to touch the bikes at the track without getting in trouble but she is an integral part of the team. Caroline manages all of the logistics of the team with Darren. In her off time its all about skiing, snowboarding, dirtbiking and hanging out with the kids. |

Peggy RaymondPeggy was born in Montreal and now lives in Montreal. She started dirt biking at the age of 12 and her facination with the sport led her to Deeley in 2000. She likes to spend her free time skiing, climbing and riding, naturally. She often reflects on the Buell Championships when Steve Crevier finished on the podium in the first year of racing Superbike for Ruthless Racing. That was definately a moment. |

Alex CarroniAlex was born in Perth, Australia but he now lives in Maple, Ontario. She loves working in the industry and believes that it was a combination of fate and destiny that brought them together. Alex started her career in motorbikes working in public relations for Canadian races. Now, she loves to see Ruthless on the podium. |
